NetGen Student Consulting
Training the Next Generation of Student Entrepreneurs
Our mission is to provide entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations in the Charleston area with informational technology support that they would be unable to afford otherwise.

Our students act as consultants offering whatever assistance they can.  Projects include building web sites, setting up networks, improving upon existing information systems, creating databases, providing training, and the list goes on.

Students represent a largely untapped resource on most campuses. But not just any students --- hire students who are trained, confident, well-managed, and backed by a professional staff. Students, consulting effectively with faculty, staff, and other students, can extend your scarce resources while increasing the computing competence of your users.

About Us

At NetGen Consulting it is our passionate conviction that every child born into poverty should be given the opportunity to transcend it and that the best chance for achieving this will come through entrepreneurship learning experiences and individual effort.

NetGen Consulting’s Core Values:

• We value youth as leaders. We are personally invested in the success of youth entrepreneurs and work to further develop them as leaders.

• We have a passion for giving back. At the core of all we do is a commitment to integrity and a belief in the power of giving back as a vehicle to fuel the success of entrepreneurs.

• We focus on transformational success. High-impact, accelerated results are our hallmark. Our credibility rests solely on the success of our entrepreneurs and the value we provide.

• We want to create an inclusive environment for entrepreneurs. We strive to encourage youth, especially minorities, to participate in all areas of science and technology, especially as leaders.
• We are committed to collaboration and community.

Educating the Net Generation

Celtic Knot

The Net Generation has grown up with information technology. The aptitudes, attitudes, expectations, and learning styles of Net Gen students reflect the environment in which they were raised—one that is decidedly different from that which existed when faculty and administrators were growing up.
